The following program is designed to offer our customer base greater soft goods efficiencies, better logistical effectiveness as well as create a substantial cost savings in doing so. This program will also improve your product turns, reduce your customer's freight costs as well as reduce your own warehouse labor expenses for golf bag products.

I.  INVENTORY

Inventory: this field is offered for you to be able to screen all on hand inventory that is being handled by Golf Sales West. This offers you a comprehensive detailed explanation of each product in "your" language, whether that be by your own SKU reference to your product description reference as well as UPC code reference capabilities. This field also allows you to view your inventory while it is en-route to GSW. You can request documented information per the shipping vessel and the dates the vessel is to arrive in port USA. The fields that are accessible under our inventory platform are as follows:

a. Current on hand inventory finished goods by item # (PO # and color)

b. Current on hand inventory in flat goods by stock # and description

c. Current inventory en-route to GSW and estimated day of arrival



II.  PRODUCTION

Production: The production field allows you to have on time access to your product while it is being assembled here at Golf Sales West. This "on-time" information system will permit you to adjust production if need be at a moments notice as well as see what is specifically on the manufacturing floor any given day. This useful field is accessible through a variety of all of your product language -purchase order, product description, SKU, UPC, etc. On hand production information can be very useful for both your manufacturing department as well as sales. III.  SHIPPING

Shipping (section will detail all available carrier information, EDI, UPC, and UCC capabilities as well as packaging information). The shipping field offers you a comprehensive shipping record. This system will allow you to chart your outgoing shipments by customers, purchase order number, product description. If there are any questions once your shipment has landed you may also obtain the specific tracking number per that specific shipment and qualify who has signed for your shipment, per time, and per date. This information can be accessed as all of our information is obtained on an "on-time" basis. You can see the following fields under our shipping field:

IV.  SPECIAL SERVICES

Special Services (will include detailed information on all pricing per service and lead times of all services). Golf Sales West is proud to offer their elite customer field a plethora of special services that enhance their customers' products and offer them additional profit centers to take full advantage of. Within the special service platform there are six distinct areas of expertise that can be utilized.

a. Warehousing

1. Flat goods: Flat goods inventory is the most economical way to make your soft goods program run s smoothly and as efficiently as possible. Warehousing of flat goods is billed on a volume basis and can be accrued throughout the year. This formidable efficiency allows you to make products on an "as needed basis" and allows you to assertively focus on your product goals. Flat goods and their respectable parts are available for picking and production at a moments notice.

2. Finished goods: When effectively planning a mass volume of shipment having finished products on hand creates the most effective for the best results. On hand finished inventory can be shipped within a one days notice regardless of quantity. Warehoused finished products are billed on a volume basis and time period. All finished goods are also included within your "at-once" inventory field and can be utilized at anytime.
3. Accessories: All on hand accessories can be implemented into our finished goods warehousing program. All accessories are also included within each inventory and shipping field for reference.

b. Customization

The most effective and profit enhancing service any company can offer within the golf and corporate trade. Customization adds that personal flare that only a few dynamic companies take advantage of. Customization is billed on a volume basis and also can be viewed within its own on-line field. You can see what products are in production; on hand inventory of custom target gods and what precuts have shipped.

1. Embroidery: A very effective and classy way to personalize any product.). GSW has a full service embroidery department ready to meet all of your needs. Lead times and costs are pending based on volume and time frame of orders. All orders can conceivably be completed and shipped within a 48-hour time frame if necessary.

2. Inlay: An extremely intricate process of customization that includes both embroidery and the application of inlaying of additional materials for effect and detail. GSW's inlay department can handle anywhere from one to 1000 units if necessary. Inlays are priced per design and are billed per application per volume of applications. Inlay set up fees are also based on a per design basis. Lead times for inlays vary on the intricacies of each design and can also be implemented on bulk orders. The inlay field is viewed under our specials service and customization screen.

3. Silkscreen: Silk-screening is the most cost effective method of customization. GSW handles all silk-screening in house. Silkscreen set ups and application are priced on both an order basis and also a yearly projection basis. On hand experts are able to offer the most detailed as well as basic designs. Lead times for silk-screening is based on units and set up time frames. All silk-screening information can be viewed on our customization page.

c. Logo Digitizing

Digitizing is a necessary tool for the effectiveness of all embroidery applications. GSW charges a flat fee of $150 per digitized tape. Artwork is either mailed on e-mailed into GSW. If the customer provides a digitized tape and it needs to be altered to fit your specific pattern you are only charged an edit fee and it is based on the work necessary to make the logo fit properly. Logo digitizing is completed within a 3-week window and it can be rushed if necessary (additional fees apply to rush jobs).

d. Logo Library

For all custom logos that GSW has provided to your company your complete logo library including embroidery, silk-screening, and inlay designs that can be viewed at your discretion at anytime. This library is viewed by design code number and name.

e. Sample Department

GSW has a complete sample, research and design lab that is available to all customers. Lead times are based on design and costs are based on projected total volume of orders.

f. Return & Repair Department

All necessary repairs and returns are handles in-house and the customer determines lead times and a shipment method.
