Core Centers of Excellence
GSW is organized into four functional centers of excellence, Product Design and Customization Services, Manufacturing, Warehousing and Logistics.
Within each functional area, staff is assigned to supervisors that oversee product development, flow of product assembly, functional area activities,
and quality control. These functional business areas represent the verticals wherein GSW generates revenue. These areas are further supported by
corporate marketing and sales, operations & administration, and executive management. GSW's staffing approach minimizes overhead, centralizes office
space requirements, minimizes need for dispersed office space and facilities, and focuses labor force on meeting product manufacturing and fulfillment.
Combined together, this lean management and operations approach significantly reduces operating overhead. The savings from this low overhead operation
are passed directly onto GSW's customers.
